Below is some information that will help you acclimate with your new apartment and community.

Your door code will get you into the building and your apartment.

In the event of an emergency, our 24-hour maintenance can be reached by phone at: 800.674.3350, select option 1.
Deliveries & Mail

Utilities/HVAC
Your heat is included in your rent. Heat is controlled on the baseboards.
In the Spring, our maintenance team will install window air conditioning units. One AC unit is provided per apartment. If you'd like to provide your own additional AC unit, please submit a service request so that our maintenance team can install it for you. Please do not install your own window air conditioning units.
Laundry
Laundry is located on the basement level of the building. The machines are owned and operated by a third party, CSC. If you have an issue with the machine, please follow the instructions in the laundry room to submit a service request with CSC. The machines accept credit cards, and there is an app available that allows you to be notified when your laundry cycle is complete and advise if there is a machine available. Please remember to promptly remove your clothes so your neighbors can use the machines, too!
Maintaining a Secure Building
1) Please do not let anyone into the building that you do not know.
2) Never prop open a locked door, lobby or stairwell
3) Please do not provide your personal door code to delivery services.
As you acclimate with your new community, never hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns.

Good Neighbor Punchlist
A quick guide on how to be a Commonspacer
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the “Good Neighbor Punchlist” below. Many of the items will probably be familiar to you already, as they were outlined in your lease agreement. As a community of accountability, please make sure you’re doing your part to be a good neighbor, and if you have an issue with your neighbors, please attempt to resolve with them before bringing the issue to management’s attention. We find that issues are often resolved much more softly on a peer level.
* Guests are always welcome! Please ensure they remain in the company of a resident while in common areas.
* Entrances, hallways, and common areas should be kept clear of personal belongings so that the space remains welcoming to other residents and their guests. Shoes are permitted outside of unit door; but must remain tidy.
* Please promptly remove laundry from machines so that they’re available for other members of your community to use. Don’t forget to clear the dryer screen out, too, to minimize the risk of fire!
* If you notice a need for management’s attention in the common areas, please submit a service request via your Appfolio tenant portal.
* Please do not smoke, this is a non-smoking property.
** Be mindful of other residents’ right to peaceful enjoyment of their space by observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
* Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash at all times!
Commonspace is a community of accountability. If you feel that someone isn’t being a good neighbor, try asking them politely to address the issue. When all else fails, your management team is here to help navigate repeated issues.
