How is this different from traditional office space? ▼
1) You just show up, all of the time consuming design and build out has already been carefully thought about and executed.

Do I have to sign a lease? ▼
Nope! You sign a month to month membership agreement much like a gym. Feel free to review our terms and conditions before you sign up. The advantage to this is that you can always scale up or down as your needs change- without any financial repercussions.
How long of a commitment is a membership? ▼
Month to month, payments are due the 1st of the month. They are prorated at the time you start. Cancel anytime before the end of the month to leave the following month. Note- Office members do need to give 30 day notice.
What are the payment options? ▼
All members get access to a member portal where they can set up monthly payments via ACH or credit card.
How do I sign up? ▼
Fill out the online sign up form here. Once you complete the process and pay you will recieve a welcome email that explains most things about the space. If you have any more questions just send us a note at work@commonspace.com
What can I expect on day one? ▼
1) If you don't have any quesitons just come on in, grab a desk, and get to work. If you do still have questions, we can set up a quick 15 minute orientation to get you started.
2) Probably meet some cool people.
3) Accept that life will never be the same again. In a good way.

Where do I sit with open seating plan? ▼
Just grab an open desk, lounge, booth, hightop, or roof top seat with out a reserved sign on it.
Where do I park? ▼
Downtown Syracuse has many parking options. Check out this map. We reccomend the Trolly Lot because it's only $40/month and a 6min walk.
Can I have my mail delivered there? ▼
Yes, every office and dedicated desk member automatically has a mail box. But, any member can get a unique suite number for just $10/month. Non-members can also have mail deliverd for a monthly fee. Inquire with the Community Manager for detials.
How do I learn about other members in the space? ▼
Our online directory lists all members profiles, the kitchen is always a good place to strike up conversations, or you can come to any of our member events.
How do I reserve a conference room? ▼
All members get access to a member portal where you can reserve all of our conference rooms and smaller break rooms.
Can I reserved the space for events? ▼
Yes, certain rooms and the entire space can be reserved for events. Just contact a manager to set up your time and establish the cost.
Is there a referral program? ▼
Yes, $100 credit for each new member you bring in.

STAY SAFE WITH THE CS WORK COVID SAFETY PLAN.
Your health and safety is our priority. We have modified the space, upgraded our air filtration, and increased cleaning so you can get out of the house and feel comfortable working at the office. This page will be updated as needed with the steps we at CS Work are taking to make sure our space is safe.
The Highlights (you know the drill)
New hand sanitizer stations have been installed at entrances and throughout the space.
Bottles of cleaning solution will be placed in common areas. We are asking that members wipe down each desk/flat surface before and after use.
Our professional cleaning team is cleaning all common areas regularly with a focus on high touch surfaces. Office members will be responsible for cleaning their own spaces.
Masks must be worn when you are on the move or a 6 foot distance can’t be maintained.
Desks and seating in all common areas will be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Signage is located throughout the space as needed.
Increased ventilation: The new space does have some functioning windows that will be open, weather permitting, for fresh air ventilation. MERV-9 air filters have been installed in all HVAC units.
Kitchen and coffee station: Please wipe down anything you touch.
Conference rooms: Occupancy should be such that a 6 foot distance can always be maintained or masks must be worn.
Occupancy limits: We don’t expect the space to be too populated, but if and when occupancy starts to pick up we may start to limit occupancy.
If any members are feeling sick please stay home.
